No. We are a back-office load desk that works on your authority and under your direction — sourcing, negotiating, booking and covering loads on your behalf. You stay the carrier of record and control which loads to accept. If you want someone to sell your capacity and take a margin, that is a broker; we are your staff, at a flat rate.
Yes — on your own boards and broker relationships, at a flat rate. Be clear on what you are hiring, though: operators searching “loads for trucks” or “truck loads freight” usually want a load board or a percentage dispatcher, and we are neither. We are the support desk behind your loads — sourcing, booking, check calls and paperwork, on your authority.
No percentage. You pay a flat monthly rate for a dedicated, freight-trained agent — from about $1,900 a month in the US, an effective $12 an hour — so a better-paying week doesn’t mean a bigger fee. Month to month, no setup fees, first week free. Full local-currency rates are on our pricing page.
Yes. We schedule pickups and deliveries, make proactive check calls, and keep brokers and shippers updated from dispatch to delivery — including after hours — so you are not fielding tracking calls while driving. Brokers notice the difference: a carrier whose loads report on time gets the next load offered first.
Yes. We work inside your own board subscriptions and broker relationships, on your accounts, so the history, ratings and lane data stay yours. You set rate floors and lane preferences; we bring you loads that clear them, and you always have the final yes or no.
We prepare carrier packets, rate cons and BOLs, and follow up on detention, layover and lumper fees so nothing billable slips. Detention is the one carriers forgive most — the desk logs arrival and departure times as they happen, so the claim is documented before the broker can dispute it. Invoicing and collections pair with our billing service.
Yes. Freight doesn’t keep office hours — a 5am pickup still needs a check call, and a Sunday breakdown still needs the broker told. The desk can run business hours, extended shifts, or full 24/7 cover, and you can change the schedule month to month as your lanes change.
