Every client engagement runs under a non-disclosure agreement. Your passenger, customer, and operational data is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the services you have engaged us for.
Working inside your systems
We operate inside your existing dispatch software and tools. That means your data largely stays in your systems, under your controls, rather than being exported to ours.
Access & handling
Agents are trained on confidential-data handling, access is limited to the team assigned to your account, and we follow least-privilege principles for the systems you give us access to.
